What have I been up to in Math class this week?
Well Well Well, Where shall i start, well first of all I came late on Monday and that was no use because I missed out on what they learnt about ... but lets say, I saw that they were learning about BEMA ( B - brackets, E- Exponents, M- Multiply/Divide, A- Addition/Subtraction.) This helps with completing an equation, you have to make sure its in order to be able to complete the equation the right way. This is what my class learnt on Monday. On Tuesday we looked at exponents, an exponent is a number that tells us how many times to multiply the base by itself e.g 6 2 , In this example, the 2 is the exponent and the 6 is the base, meaning you multiply 6 by itself 2 times. ---- 6 x 6 = 36
